Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SocialPST, a Chrome extension and related web service (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wiser5 LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using SocialPST you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

SocialPST is a browser extension that reads the post and visible replies on your active browser tab and prepares comment suggestions for your review. You remain solely responsible for any content you choose to post. SocialPST does not submit comments automatically and does not access your platform login credentials.

3. Accounts and Billing

Access to the comment drafting feature requires purchasing a comment pack. Comment packs are one-time purchases processed through Stripe. By purchasing a pack you authorize us to charge the stated amount once. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Purchased comment credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that violates Reddit's User Agreement, Content Policy, or any applicable law.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person.
• Spread misinformation, spam, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Circumvent usage limits, billing checks, or other technical controls.
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, branding, and content, is owned by Wiser5 LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Suggested Content

Comment suggestions provided by SocialPST may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given context. You are solely responsible for reviewing any suggestion before posting it and for all content you publish online. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or fitness of suggested comments for any purpose.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WISER5 LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiser5 LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with third-party platforms such as Reddit and X and relies on third-party infrastructure providers and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or content of any third-party service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 5, 7, 8, 9, and 13 survive termination.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
